Envatx Refund Policy

At Envatx, we care about our customers and always strive to provide the best experience. However, since our products are digital downloads, refunds must follow strict rules.

Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded, so refunds are only granted in specific cases.

When a Refund WILL Be Granted

A refund may be approved if:

The product is completely unusable, or license restrictions make it unusable, and our support team cannot fix the issue.

You contacted our support team for help but did not receive proper support as per our Support Policy.

When a Refund WILL NOT Be Granted

Refund requests will be denied if:

You did not contact our support team before asking for a refund.

You refused to provide proof of the issue or did not cooperate with our support team.

You downloaded the wrong product, changed your mind, or no longer need it.

You purchased by mistake or later purchased the official version from the developer.

You lack the required technical expertise, ignored documentation, or cannot configure the product.

The product is incompatible with your server or hosting environment.

The product did not meet your personal expectations.

The product asks for a license key for updates but otherwise works as intended.

You broke your site during installation or lost data.

You no longer plan to use our service or want to convert points into money.

More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

Refund Process

Contact our support team with your issue.

Our team will attempt to resolve the problem.

If we cannot fix it, a refund will be issued.

📝 Note

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be sent back to your original payment method.

Instead, the amount will be credited to your Envatx Wallet (user account balance).

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited within 24 hours, and can be used for future purchases on our platform.
