  5. 1. Elements of a Valid DMCA Notice
  6. Your copyright infringement claim must include all of the following:

  8. Provide evidence that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  9. Contact Information
  10. Provide sufficient contact details, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
  11. Identification of Work
  12. Identify in detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  13. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
  14. Include at least one search term under which the material appears in Envatx search results.
  15. Identification of Infringing Material
  16. Provide direct, clickable links (URLs) to each publication that allegedly contains infringing material.
  17. General references to domains or search terms are not sufficient.
  18. Good Faith Statement
  19. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  20. Accuracy & Authority Statement
  21. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  22. Signature
  23. The notice must be signed by the copyright owner or an authorized representative (a physical or electronic signature is acceptable).

  30. Due to technical limitations of our search system, we cannot guarantee removal of content unless direct, clickable links to infringing material are provided. Only in this case can we ensure removal of the reported content.
