All purchased products are available for immediate download after payment.

Download links are valid for 10 days after purchase.

Technical support is available by creating a ticket via Support > Create Ticket on the website and is provided according to the Support Policy.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Unconditional refunds are not provided.

Due to risks of fraud, refunds are granted only in specific situations.
