5. Non-creamy layer declaration by OBC candidates
6. Original discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen.
7. Income Certificate for Waiving Examination Fee for Economically backward classes
8. Minority community declaration on Non-judicial Stamp Paper
9. Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
10. Legal document in case of formal change of name
11. NOC from serving employees.
12. Receipt of payment if made through a challan at SBI branch or pay-in-slip at computerized post office.

How to Apply

1. Click on ‘New Registration’ link to register for the exam first.
2. Fill in the basic details like name, father’s name, date of birth, community, email ID, mobile number etc. After registration, candidates registration number and password will be generated.
3. Candidates are required to enter their preferences of exam centres. They can select five cities for appearing in the computer-based test through drop-down menu.
4. In the next step, candidates will have to pay the examination fees.
5. Upload scanned images of photograph and signature
6. Submit the application form and take its printout.
