Educational Qualification : The educational qualification for RRB NTPC posts are as under

a. Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline from any recognized university can apply for RRB NTPC Graduate posts. For Undergraduate posts, candidates must have passed 12th Class (10 + 2) or equivalent from a recognized board.

b. Candidates must be proficient in typing.

c. Candidates applying for the post of Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, and Senior Time Keeper must have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi.

RRB NTPC 2019 Selection Process

For RRB NTPC 2019, the selection of candidates is based on their performance in the following phases of the RRB NTPC recruitment process:

1. Preliminary Exam (Computer Based Test) for all posts
2. Main Exam (Computer Based Test) for all posts
3. Typing Skill Test (For candidates for the post of Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Time Keeper)
4. Computer-Based Aptitude Test (For candidates applying for the post of Traffic Assistant and Station Master)
5. Document Verification for all posts
6. Medical Fitness Test for all posts
7. Final Selection
